The yearbook is an important and vital part of our school's history. The yearbook, known as the Hillsboro-Deering High School Cat-a-log is a look back at our year at school, and particular, the graduating class. This year, in conjunction with acclaimed Canadian Watercolor Artist, Gabriel Krekk, the yearbook is able to offer an outstanding incentive to our business and recognition ad sponsors. With Mr. Krekk's assistance, the yearbook will be able to reach out to those students who may not be able to afford a book. The additional revenue we hope to realize through this partnership will put us on financially stable ground where we can hopefully look at some additional features for the Class of 2008 Cat-a-Log. We are deeply grateful to Mr. Krekk for both his generosity and his vision. The "For Freedom" Project will provide the yearbook staff with an incentive for increasing ad revenue and for producing an outstanding yearbook.
